Structure Financial Services provides outsourced finance and accounting services to emerging businesses. We primarily serve clients located in the San Francisco Bay Area in the internet and technology fields. These services include CFO and accounting activities
including, but not limited to, the following:
• Strategic planning and financial modeling
• Management or review of budgets and forecasts
• Facilitation of equity or debt fundraising
• Board meeting and/or VC financial reporting
• Cash flow management
• Capital structure management or record-keeping, including stock options
• GAAP accounting for revenues, including contract review
• Monthly financial reporting
• Accounts payable processing
• Payroll processing
• Invoicing, billing and collections
• Banking relations including operating accounts and merchant accounts
• Management of insurance needs for general business requirements and employee related
requirements
• Oversight and/or management of HR activities
We ensure that a business will have the right level of financial and accounting expertise it needs. We typically act as the entire finance and accounting department of an emerging business. This includes senior financial management and all accounting and bookkeeping activities. In addition, we also provide consulting services on a project basis. |
