David Overmyer, CEO
David Overmyer has more than 25 years of financial management experience. Prior to starting Structure Financial Services in early 2007, David was the Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration for CNET Networks. He joined CNET, an internet media company, in 1995 in its start-up phase and led the growth and development of its financial and accounting operations as it became a publicly-held company, with revenues of approximately $400 million, world-wide operations and more than 2,500 employees. David’s previous experience includes financial roles in two start-up companies and a publicly-held company. He also worked as an auditor for KPMG LLP and is a CPA.

David serves on the Board of Directors of the
Ralston White Retreat Foundation, a non-profit organization located in Mill Valley, California. He also provides CFO services to the non-profit organization,
Blue Planet Run Foundation.
David resides in Kentfield, California with his wife and two daughters, where he also serves on the Board of Directors of The Kentfield School Foundation and his children’s swim team. |
